Returns and Exchanges
If you find that you ordered the incorrect size and would like to exchange the product for a different size, you may do so within the 30 day period following receipt of the original purchased product and if the product is in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with the tags attached. Please be sure to review the Sizing Chart. You may also consult with our customer service staff at email@example.com with any sizing concerns.

If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return your new and unused product purchased from stellarmotobrand.com, in its original packaging and with all original tags attached, within 30 days from the date you received your order, and we will happily refund the purchase price, see instructions below.

To return merchandise for Refund or Exchange:
First, please ensure that your product is in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with the tags attached.
Then simply have your order number ready and contact our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state that you would like to return your item for a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or if you would like to exchange it for a different size or if you have any questions!
Please provide your order number. This will inform us to look out for a package. The return shipping address is on your packing slip and below.
Once we receive your item(s), please allow us two full business days to inspect and process your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed and your money has been refunded (please allow for up to 14 business days for the transaction to post to your account in some cases).
Please Note: All costs associated with returning product under this Guarantee are the responsibility of the purchaser. When returning items, please be sure to use a traceable method and retain proof of postage paid and the tracking number. We recommend that you use a reliable shipping company and obtain a tracking number to insure the product is received within the 30 day return/exchange period. If the product isn’t received within the 30 day period due to shipping/shipper error, Stellar Moto Brand will not be able to process the return or exchange.
Accepted Return, Exchange and Restocking Fees:
All items returned for refund must be new and unused condition, in the original packaging and have all of the applicable tags attached in order to receive the full purchase price. Any returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may either be assessed a 20% restocking fee to be applied to the refund amount or the return may be refused and shipped back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

Gift Cards, Closeout, Sale or Discounted products are excluded from this 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags. Products returned or exchange must have all original tags attached.
- Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after receipt of product for refund (receipt date of products is determined based on tracking provided by shipping carrier)
- Stellar Moto Brand will not accept merchandise after 30 days.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.
- All merchandise sold on sale is final sale, and cannot be returned unless item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Returns will only be accepted with a Stellar Moto Brand order number
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift certificates or gift cards (gift certificates do not have a cash value).
